True to its mission and Core Values, the Global Education program at The Ursuline School is dedicated to developing “wise, active, globally minded leaders” with critical thinking skills and multicultural perspectives. A key aspect of the program is fostering empathy, a quality that is crucial for inspiring positive change in the world. By building global competencies and understanding that world issues are shared concerns, Ursuline students gain a sense of social responsibility and develop a deep commitment to living our mission of Serviam - “I will serve.”
At Ursuline, Global Education is a broad term that encompasses many aspects of student life, including classroom instruction, service opportunities, and travel. The multi-tiered approach includes our Global Exchange Program, annual Global Symposium, and signature Global Scholars Program, a distinctive certificate program proudly offered in conjunction with the Ursuline Education Network.
