Admissions Calendar

Thank you for your interest in The Ursuline School. You will find detailed information on the menu to the left.

Here are the important dates in the application process for the 2022-23 school year for both our Middle School and High School.

Please note that these are tentative events, due to the uncertainty surrounding the Covid health crisis. These events may become virtual or may be rescheduled.

 

August 2021

For prospective ninth graders: Registration for the TACHS opens, please visit tachsinfo.com for information regarding the test and to register. The TACHS test will be administered remotely this year, the deadline to register for the TACHS is October 24.

September 2021

Prospective ninth graders may begin their application by creating an online account, and should complete the Prospective Student Form, and our application, which will open soon.

The Application for Financial Aid for the 2022-23 school year is now open. Prospective families may begin applications for financial aid consideration for the 2022-23 school year, apply online at www.sssbynais.org/parents. Our school code is 7878.

October 2021

OPEN HOUSE DATES - Register here for all Open House events. 

Saturday, October 23 - All School Open House Two Sessions: 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. or 2 - 4 p.m. 

Wednesday, October 27 Evening Open House for prospective high school students 6:30 - 8 p.m.  Limited spots remain! 

Wednesday November 3 Virtual Evening Open House 6:30 p.m. 

 

November 2021

Wednesday, November 3 We invite you to join us for an EVENING VIRTUAL OPEN HOUSE 6:30 p.m. 

In early November, prospective 6th graders may begin to schedule their interview. Please see our Middle School Admissions web page for more details.

For prospective ninth graders:

Thursday, November 4 - get a good night's sleep in preparation for the TACHS test.

Friday, November 5 - Good luck to all our prospective ninth graders taking the TACHS test!

Monday, November 8 We invite you to join us for our Middle School Info Night. The program begins at 6:30 p.m.

Monday, November 15, 2021

The Scholarship application for the Privately funded scholarships available to the Class of 2026 opens.

Saturday, November 20 The Ursuline School Scholarship Exam Class of 2026  Registration will open soon. Prospective ninth graders may register to take the scholarship test; this test is an additional opportunity for merit scholarship consideration. Please visit the Tuition, Scholarships and Financial Assistance web page for additional information and deadlines.

 

December 2021

December 17 - IMPORTANT DEADLINES for Prospective Ninth graders for the Class of 2026:

  • Deadline for the Named Privately-Funded Scholarship Application
  • Deadline for Financial Aid Application
  • Deadline for Admissions Application and supporting academic records

December 31- Deadline for Financial Aid Applications for all other prospective students, renewal applicants and all current Ursuline students seeking financial aid for the first time. Apply online at www.sssbynais.org/parents. Our school code is 7878.

 

January 2022

January 19 - Decision letters will be mailed for applicants for our Class of 2026. Applicants will also receive an email notification no earlier than 4:00 p.m. with the decision.

 

February 2022

Saturday, February 5 Middle School Entrance Test - for prospective students for our Middle School for 6th, 7th or 8th grades, registration will opens late fall.

February 11 - deadline for response cards for accepted students for the Class of 2026. 

 

March 2022

Thursday, March 3 - Registration for the incoming Classes of 2026 - 29.

Saturday, March 5  Placement tests for the Incoming Class of 2026.

Middle School admissions and enrollment is ongoing.

Wednesday, March 30 We invite you to join us for our Sneak Peek Spring Open House beginning at 4 p.m.

  

May 2022

May 26 - Welcome Pizza Party for the Incoming Class of 2026.

 

June 2022

Welcome events are scheduled for all incoming students for our Middle School.
