August 2022

For prospective ninth graders: Registration for the TACHS opens August 22, please visit tachsinfo.com for information regarding the test and to register. The TACHS test will be administered remotely this year, the deadline to register for the TACHS is October 27.

September 2022 

Prospective ninth graders may begin their application by creating an online account, and should complete the Prospective Student Form, and our application, which opens September 20, 2022.

The Application for Financial Aid for the 2023-24 school year is open. Prospective families may begin applications for financial aid consideration for the 2023-24 school year, apply online at www.sssbynais.org/parents. Our school code is 7878.

October 2022

OPEN HOUSE DATES 

Tuesday, October 25 - Evening Open House for prospective 9th grade students 6:30 - 8 p.m. The event is at capacity and registration has closed.

Saturday, October 29 - All School Open House 11 a.m. - 2 p.m.

November 2022

For prospective ninth graders:

Thursday, November 3 - get a good night's sleep in preparation for the TACHS test.

Friday, November 4  - Good luck to all our prospective ninth graders taking the TACHS test!

Monday, November 14  The Scholarship application for the Named Privately-Funded Scholarships available to the Class of 2027 opens in the Admissions portal.

December 2022

• The Ursuline School Scholarship Exam Class of 2027  Prospective ninth graders may register to take the scholarship test; this test is an additional opportunity for merit scholarship consideration. Please register in the Admissions Portal. Visit the Tuition, Scholarships and Financial Assistance web page for additional information and deadlines.

January 18  Class of 2027 applicants receive an admissions decision by email no earlier than 4:00 p.m. 

February 2023

February 10 Deadline for commitment to attend for the Class of 2027. 

March 2023

Wednesday, March 1 Registration for the incoming Classes of 2027 - 30.

March 13 -16 Placement tests for incoming Class of 2027.

April 2023

Wednesday, April 26, 4 - 5:30 p.m. Sneak Peek Spring Open House for prospective families. You may pre-register here. 

May 2023

Wednesday, May 24, 4 p.m. Welcome Pizza Party for the Incoming Class of 2027 and pre-orientation for their Parents.

June 2023

Rolling admissions as space permits.

Prospective middle school students and parents may begin their application by creating an online account, register for Open House events and should complete the Prospective Student Form, and our application, which will open soon.

Ursuline's Middle School Entrance Test - for prospective students for our Middle School for 6th, 7th or 8th grades.  Please log in to  the Admissions Portal to register your daughter.

Ursuline's Middle School Entrance Test  II- for prospective students for our Middle School for 6th, 7th or 8th grades. Registration will open December 5, you may use this link to register or log in to the Admissions Portal to access the registration.

Decisions released for applicants for Middle School.
