Create an account on our Admissions Portal to begin the application process. Our application for the 2025-26 school year will open in mid August.

Transfer applicants for 10th grade, please note, the admissions process does not begin until March 2025. We invite you to complete our inquiry form and contact the Admissions office directly with any questions.

Register for an entrance exam. Applicants must take one of the following:

• TACHS Exam
  • offered in the fall for current 8th graders
  • Enter Code: 234

Students who opt to take the ISEE must complete the test no later than December 7, 2024 to be considered for Fall 2025 admission for 9th grade.  Late applicants should contact the Admissions office directly.

• Independent School Entrance Exam (ISEE) 
  • Enter Code: 333395

After completing our application, upload your daughter's academic records. All requested records must be uploaded to the Admissions Portal checklist as follows:

• Final report cards for grades 6, 7, and most recent report card for grade 8
• All standardized test scores for grades 6 and 7
• A copy of your daughter's birth certificate

Submit the teacher recommendation request form.

Follow-up with your current school to confirm that your school completes the Applicant Record and sends it to Ursuline. 

Note for current public school students who are applying for ninth grade: Applicant records must be completed by your school counselor and submitted directly to Ursuline. You may access the Applicant record here.

School tours are available on select afternoons and Wednesday mornings for prospective students and parents. See Admissions Portal for details.

Prospective ninth grade students may also schedule a Shadow a Koala visit within the Admissions Portal, the application must be submitted in order to schedule a visit.

Applicants for ninth grade who complete all requirements by December 9, 2024 will receive a decision on January 22, 2025. Late applicants will be considered as space permits. 

Admission consideration for transfer applicants begins in March 2025.
