Fall Sports Tryouts begin on Monday, August 19 for high school students. Please go to the Athletics page of the website HERE for all details, schedules and required forms, along with a letter from our new Athletic Director, Kim Saxton.

Laptop Updates.  All students need required software on their laptops.  If that's your daughter, please drop off her device at school for 1 hour August 26 - 29 between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. We install Microsoft Office, Symantec antivirus software, Smart Notebook, and Sketchpad.  This installation MUST be completed this summer! No appointment is necessary. 

Medical Forms.  Certain medical forms are due in September.  Please check the blue tab above, Major Dates, Forms for details.

Driver Education.  Any student registered for Driver Education in the fall must attend a meeting in the cafeteria September 5 at 2 p.m. after Junior Class Orientation.

Music Groups. Information about instrumental and vocal groups is on the blue tab, above, titled Music Groups for 2019-20.

Host a Student from our Sister School in Japan. Your junior or sophomore can have the incredible experience of being a host sister. March 11 - 23, 2020. Then, your daughter can travel to Japan in June 2020, if she chooses to. For more details, please come to an information meeting on Tuesday, October 1 at 6:30 p.m. You can also email Mrs. Barton over the summer at bartonm@ursulinenewrochelle,org with any questions or to sign up as a host family.

Global Travel.  All opportunities for global trips this academic year are described on the blue tab above, Global Travel 2019-20.

Print Card and Locks - Returning students, the print card that was issued for you should be brought back to school in September.  If it is lost, the cost to replace it is $7. Locks for your locker are also to be brought back in September.

ID cards. New ID cards are issued each year when photos for IDs are taken during orientation week. The photo form is on the blue tab above, Chris Pope Photos.

The August 2019 Announcements was emailed on August 7. The Koala Weekly Bulletin resumes August 30.

WEDNESDAY September 4 

Please note: Fall/spring uniform required for in-school Orientations. 

7:30 a.m. – 4 p.m. Grade 9 off-site Orientation at Camp Mariah (comfortable and appropriate clothing for the outdoors). 

8:15 a.m. Tech Orientation for NEW students in Grades 7 and 8. Students should bring laptop and charger.

8:30 a.m. Grade 6 Students and Parents Orientation

Middle School Welcome Coffee hosted by the Mothers' Auxiliary. 10 a.m. – 12 noon. New Parents in all grades are welcome to attend the Welcome Coffee on Wednesday or Thursday.

10:30 a.m.  Grades 7 and 8 Orientation 

12:30 p.m.  Grade 12 Student Orientation 

THURSDAY September 5 

8 a.m.   Grade 9 Orientation - Please note the corrected time.
