Trip Leaders will hold informational parent/student meetings in the fall. However, if your daughter is interested in any of these trips, you can email the trip leader now as listed in the flyer. This will not be a commitment or a guarantee of participation, but instead will help determine if there is enough student interest to run that trip.
If you are certain that your daughter wants to travel on a trip, you can also register immediately via the tour company links included in this letter. Registering and paying the non-refundable deposit will secure your daughter's spot on that trip.
If your daughter wants to be part of Ursuline's Exchange Program to Japan in June 2020, the expectation is that your family will host a Japanese student when their group visits here in March 2020. (Note: Your daughter does not have to travel to Japan in June on the reciprocal, homestay trip if your family wants to host an exchange student in March.)
