Honors courses are available in all disciplines, and 17 Advanced Placement courses are offered. The Advanced Placement courses are in art, Spanish, Italian, Latin, English, calculus, biology, physics, environmental science, computer science, macroeconomics, European and U.S. history, and U.S. government. Students enrolled in AP courses have an additional fee to cover the cost of the AP exam.
9th grade electives are music, art, and computer science. Students choose either a full year of one of these electives or a semester each of two out of three of these electives.
College and Academic Guidance classes start in freshman year and continue through senior year.
Personal Development classes and supplemental activities help students become more confident, articulate and empowered leaders, capable of facing the challenges of adolescence and prepared for the world beyond the walls of Ursuline.
