Dear Ursuline Parents/Guardians,
Fall Sports are finally here, and I just wanted to take this opportunity to introduce myself and let you know how excited I am to be the new Athletic Director at Ursuline. Sports are an excellent way to grow emotionally as an individual. As a graduate of Ursuline, I know that athletics played a major role in helping prepare me for college and the adult world. Because of sports, the lessons of my coaches, and the games I played, I developed skills in time management, problem solving, delegation, motivation, and team building. I am excited to be a part of the rich tradition of athletics and look forward to supporting all of you and our community here at TUS.
It is our pleasure to share information about summer training and conditioning for student-athletes. We also would like to stress the importance of having an annual/updated physical prior to engaging in any strenuous activity. An updated annual physical form must be on file for any level of participation. Updated physicals may be turned into the Athletic Trainer on the first day of tryouts.
I am pleased to announce the 2019 Fall Pre-Season and Tryouts which start on August 19 for high school athletes.
