Spring 2020 Home Sport Workouts
While spring sports are cancelled, we offer the home workouts below. Please note that most workouts will be posted every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Also be aware of compliance with CDC guidelines of social distancing.
Although these workouts are not required, they are recommended and provided by our coaches to help build the sport specific skills as well as aid in conditioning for the individual sport.
All athletes should have an updated physical from their healthcare provider dated within the last 12 months stating they are cleared to play. The Ursuline School Athletic Department and its coaches are not liable for any injury that may be incurred during these workouts and encourage all athletes to participate within their individual limits. Thank you.
