Here are the important dates in the application process for the 2021-22 school year for both our Middle School and High School.
Please note that these are Tentative events, due to the uncertainty surrounding the Covid health crisis. These events may become virtual or may be rescheduled.

For prospective ninth graders: Registration for the TACHS opens, please visit tachsinfo.com for information regarding the test and to register.
Prospective ninth graders may begin their application by creating an online account, and can access the visit calendar beginning September 10th to schedule a 'Spend a morning' at Ursuline and experience a half day alongside a student ambassador.

In early October, prospective ninth grade students 'Spend a morning' visits begin.

The Ursuline School Scholarship Exam Class of 2025 Prospective ninth graders may register to take the scholarship test, this test is an additional opportunity for merit scholarship consideration. Please visit the Tuition, Scholarships and Financial Assistance web page for additional information and deadlines.
Middle School Entrance Test. Prospective students for our Middle School (for 6th, 7th or 8th grades) may register to take our entrance test. Please visit the Middle School Admissions web page for information about the application process. There will be an alternate test date February 6.
December 18 - For Prospective Ninth graders for the Class of 2025:
- Deadline for the Privately funded scholarship application
- Deadline for Financial Aid application
December 31- Deadline for Financial Aid Applications for all other prospective students, renewal applicants and all current Ursuline students seeking financial aid for the first time. Apply online at www.sssbynais.org/parents. Our school code is 7878.
January 15 - Decision letters will be mailed for applicants for our Class of 2025. Applicants will also receive an email notification with the decision.

Middle School Entrance Test - for prospective students for our Middle School for 6th, 7th or 8th grades, registration opens in late November.
February 12 - deadline for response cards for accepted students for the Class of 2025.
Late February - Decision letters will be sent for applicants for Middle School, shadow visits begin for prospective middle school students.
Wednesday, March 3 - Registration for the incoming Classes of 2025 - 28.
Middle School admissions and enrollment is ongoing.
