Mothers' Auxiliary Meetings
In addition to providing a wonderful opportunity to connect with other mothers and to stay up to date with the latest school news, Mothers’ Auxiliary meetings feature a guest speaker from the Ursuline administration, faculty or staff.
Topics are pertinent to your daughter’s education and school life. Meetings are open to all Mothers’ Auxiliary members. Meeting dates, times, and locations can be found below. Mothers’ Auxiliary members will receive all meeting minutes via email.

The Auriana Theater is inside The Mooney Hancock Arts Center, which is located behind the school. Please use the external entrance to the Arts Center and then enter the theater. Limited parking is available directly behind the arts center, or along North Avenue or in the main school parking lot. Please do not use the Senior parking area and do not park next door at the Ursuline Provincialate.
The Ursuline School Mothers’ Auxiliary is a volunteer organization that provides many opportunities to give back to our school community in a warm, friendly, inclusive environment. Volunteers are our most valuable resource and are essential to the success of our organization. We hope you will join us in continuing the Ursuline tradition of Serviam!
The Member Resources Chair (MRC) will advertise volunteer opportunities for school events we support, and for our own Special Events. The MRC will also coordinate student volunteer sign-ups and provide MA verification of service hours through x2VOL or volunteer forms upon completion of service.

We welcome all to sign up, however, please note members will be granted first access to volunteer positions. The event dates listed below will be open to volunteers. Notice will be sent to Membership by the MRC when sign-ups are open. We would love to have the opportunity to work with you!

Volunteers are also needed to work shifts in the school Bookstore.
