Mothers' Auxiliary Meetings

In addition to providing a wonderful opportunity to connect with other mothers and to stay up to date with the latest school news, Mothers’ Auxiliary meetings feature a guest speaker from the Ursuline administration, faculty or staff.

Topics are pertinent to your daughter’s education and school life. Meetings are open to all Mothers.

Information on location, date and times will be provided in the Koala Weekly Bulletin and member messages prior to each meeting.  Mothers’ Auxiliary members will receive all meeting minutes via email. ( Evening meeting open with 6:30 p.m. social and 7 p.m. start) Please contact TUSMAMAIL@gmail.com if you would like to volunteer or learn more about the MA.

Volunteer Opportunities

The Ursuline School Mothers’ Auxiliary is a volunteer organization that provides many chances to give back to our school community in a warm, friendly, inclusive environment. Volunteers are our most valuable resource and are essential to the success of our organization. We hope you will join us in continuing the Ursuline tradition of Serviam!

Volunteer opportunities will be announced in the Koala Weekly Bulletin and member messages and a link to Sign Up Genius for each event will be provided. 

The Member Resources Chair (MRC) will coordinate the Mothers' Auxiliary volunteers for school events we support, and for our own Special Events. The MRC will also coordinate student volunteer sign-ups and provide MA verification of service hours through x2VOL or volunteer forms upon completion of service.  Please contact our  Member Resource  Chairs,   Patty Gstalder P'23  at tusma.MemberResources@gmail.com if you have any questions or comments, or have a special skill or resource you would like to share with us.
