On June 15, 2022 we celebrated our Moving Up Liturgy and Ceremony with the Class of 2026 and their family and friends in the Tully Family Auditorium - Gymnasium. After the beautiful Mass, the class presidents, Teagan Hanrahan and Maybellene Kelly, spoke about some of the special moments the class has experienced together during their middle school years and the unique bond the class has forged.
Each student received a certificate of completion and a number of awards were presented.
Dr. Melnyk addressed the class as she said, “The most important thing is to never stop being curious. Never stop learning. Education is a lifelong process. Your Moving Up today isn’t simply the end of one chapter of your important, complex journey. It is the beginning of a new and beautiful one. Start each day believing in yourself and watch what happens.”
Congratulations to the 8th graders. They now move up to high school where they will be joined by a group of new Ursuline students and form the Class of 2026! We are so proud of their accomplishments to date and we are excited to support them as they continue their formation as Ursuline students.
Thank you to Chris Pope for the excellent photos.
