Saturday Stroll Celebrates & Raises Funds

Special "passports" in hand, all our guests enjoyed an unforgettable Saturday Stroll Around the World on September 25, 2021.  We celebrated Eileen Davidson in style and acknowledged her 38-year career at Ursuline, educating young women.

Eileen was glad to see Fr Serio & Br Leto

The gorgeously illuminated JB Commons served as a lovely setting for guests to hear tributes to Eileen and enjoy an international feast.

The Advancement Office splendidly organized this unique Innovation Campaign event which achieved a major financial goal!  As Sheila Sohr, Board Chair, announced to all Stroll attendees, the total funds raised in Eileen’s honor made possible the naming of the Eileen Davidson Administrative Wing. This modern space is already providing a spacious, productive environment that signals growth as well as stability.

Alumnae, current parents, trustees, and Ursuline friends were thrilled to be reunited in person as they strolled the amazing new spaces at Ursuline where they were treated to delicious food and drink from across the globe. Our musicians and choir performed beautiful musical pieces.  Student volunteers helped serve and kept the evening running smoothly.

Student musicians played in the Kulsar & McCarthy Lobby
The French Club organized a dessert station

Thank you to all attendees and donors for generously supporting this special evening and furthering the progress of the $8.5 million Innovation Campaign!
